The Big Picture
The Clippers may be missing up to three starters tonight, with Kawhi Leonard out and Zubac and Morris still questionable. Norm Powell was also hurt in last night’s game, and his status for tonight is still unknown.
Flatly, the Clippers are in big trouble—a win tonight would relieve a lot of tension around the team (and the fan base) as well as stop the spiral down the standings. The Clippers just played this team, so there should not be any surprises.
The Antagonist
The Clippers just lost—badly—to the Curry-less Warriors, with most of their own roster available, including the two best players. The Kings are better than the Warriors and are more healthy than them, so it is hard to imagine a world in which this Clippers game (with no rest) will perform better than they did in San Francisco.
