Worst case scenario, the groin for Pat and hamstrings for PG flare up again in the playoffs, Jackson and Turner (speculating) would fill in at least as serviceable bodies. The center splits well enough between trez, zu, and green but if one of the wings get hurt, the team becomes super dependent on Sham and Kawhi as the primary wing defenders.

Lou-Coffey-Turner-Green-Trez

for the remaining regular season would at least ensure a top 4 seed with maximum load management for Pat and PG.

Start Reggie and Shamet in the back court and keep Coffey up on his two way for a bench of Lou, Trez, JMG, PP and Coffey. That should be more than enough to hold down the fort and then we can enter the playoffs at 100% health!
