Right on we’ll see how the remaining games go but yeah I’d rather play OkC then Denver for now in rnd 2 BUT, OkC could be a worse matchup for the lakers compared to Denver.

I’m not certain whether I want Denver or OKC to end up with the 3-seed. But, I think it’s pretty clear at this point that we want Utah-Dallas at 6-7 and Houston either at 4th or 5th–and certainly not rising to 3rd.

Alright so Denver is kinda banged up with some injuries, but is it a fore-gone conclusion that we all agree that best case scenerio would be that Houston and Denver at some point lock in the 4-5 seeds lakers side of the bracket?
If the clippers can dodge Houston and Denver who might get (healthy by then)
Until possible WCF, pitting the winner of them against the lakers, and giving us only Dallas OkC Utah to get through to the WCF would be the best matchup wise for us ??

Lucas, thanks for this incisive “Rooting Interests” series. I’ll always pull for the Celtics, except when they face the Clippers, because past loyalties die hard. Love the Celtics, Brad Stevens is awesome. But love the Clippers more these days. This weird bubble playoffs is an amazing chance for our LA Clippers to hang their first banner.
