Houston doesn’t present the same matchup issues as the Lakers. AD will be a problem for us because we don’t have anyone who matches up well defensively, but we pretty much have an answer to anyone on the Houston roster.

Zu is a 1000x more skilled offensively than Dwight/McGee so I think he could feast, and even Trez matches up better against them as well. Plus I think PG13 and Kawhi would have an easier time defending (and scoring on) Harden and a self-destructing Westbrook compared to Bron and AD.

The Lakers’ talent is concentrated in two dominant superstars along with a rather hodge-podge supporting cast (partly the doing of that devious Kawhi). The Rockets have a luminous talent (Harden) who has a history of appearing to quit in the playoffs after dominating in the regular season, either through perhaps fatigue or frustration at being double-teamed. Westbrook is a huge talent as well who was great before the shutdown and has been really bad, though improving recently, in these playoffs. I’m hoping that Houston can compete and pull one out against the Los Angeles Fakers today.
