I’ve also backed off the, we need PJ talk cuz of Batum but the Batum, PG, Kawhi, Morris & PJ lineup is exactly why I’d do the trade! Even though I totally get the redundancy with he & the rest of the wings, I just don’t see how you pass on him if you can get him..

As great as Lou CAN BE, at times, we all know his game in the playoffs fades big time.. + we all know who’s going to handle the ball come playoffs, we’re seeing it now.. + I still have hopes of Luke getting there eventually.. So I don’t see an issue with only having 1 de facto pg.. Nor would that mean lots of Reggie min.. Still think he’d get run though based on Bevs foul situation or injury

& I’m obviously not as high on Zu as others are (love him with the starters though) but I don’t think you can trade him for PJ.. You just can’t make up for his size, especially against Jokic, Embiid & the lakers (thought he was great opening night)

Ultimately, a PJ trade boils down to Luke! If he can get himself going & show he can be a reliable playmaker, how we all think he can, then I don’t see why you don’t part with Lou.. It’ll def suck but PJ helps your chances of winning it all alot more than Lou does

This is how their min distribution would avg out.. Of course we’d see series where we see more Serge & Zu, just like we’d see some Reggie here & there.. Alot of positionless basketball but good to great shooters throughout & elite defending! & you might not need 40 min a night from PG & Kawhi
