Fact is that if we open up full mle and bae and let Trez walk we will be a better team then last years and that doesn’t count coaching changes, player development, better chemistry etc . I think the clippers could of already made some small moves but they didn’t because they know what there doing! And our players pg13 kawhi etc can talk to soon to be free agents gallo dragic whoever and already know if any of these guys are realistic targets.
We also I imagine could sign some players with the mle/bae etc
And then after we see who signs with us then start trading some of our players to compliment the team instead of trading now and then not having the free agents that are available forced to fit with whoever we traded for,
Nothing really happens at this time of night so I think when we wake up tomorrow some more dominoes will fall before the draft and during!

We’re not signing rondo for 2 years at 30mil, that’s 15 mil per year we don’t have that to offer, if we did we would be getting dragic or a player a hell of a lot better then rondo.
The most we can offer any player most likely is the full mle if we can get it which is only like 9.2 or something mil per year for somebody, and even we get that I will become a lakers fan if we’re to give rondo all of that mle!! No way in hell, rondo coming off a 2.5 or something mil per year deal from the lakers , at most he’s only worth double that so 5 mil and to be honest I don’t even wanna give him that!!
I could see splitting the mle between rondo and somebody else?? Gallo? Pipe dream I know but splitting it and using the bae or min on a backup center splitting the mle with a pg and a backup center and then using the bae on another role player maybe backup sf so sham doesn’t have to play it being undersized.?

I am a bit disappointed in the Clippers right now, they have done absolutely nothing while the other contenders are upgrading their teams *enter Bucks* I am hopeful that the Clippers will sign Rondo even though they are offering him a 30 million 2 year contract. Although I am doubtful that the Clippers will try and obtain Bledsoe from the Pelicans, there is always that possibility. The Clippers could also sign Jeff Teague possibly. Maybe what I’m trying to say is that things aren’t looking great for the Clippers

Eh, both are good but a notch below All-Star status and neither have played under a spotlight. Jrue for all his pluses has only played in 30 playoff games (13 of which were in 2012) 11 seasons and we know where Bogdonovic has played.

At the end of the day it still comes down to Giannis and Bud and like us they have a lot to prove.

Which is why running it back with the same roster doesn’t make sense to me.. Other teams have gotten better.. Not saying Clips need a complete overhaul but they def need to make some upgrades to the bench.. I’m fine with the starting 5
