Under the old rules, you’d be hardcapped at the Tax Apron $172M, which Clips are way over. So yea that would not work.

This roster (minus Harden) can beat anyone in a 7 game series (including Denver) if fully healthy and rolling. I think Ty is a great coach when it comes to the playoffs. He just needs the horses.

The Wall thing was a joke as was the back up center. Just replacing those guys with competent (Yes, Westbrook is more than competent) players is a 5 – 7 swing in total wins, which is the difference between a 6 seed and a 3 seed. Regular season matters.

I mean, you can lay out all wings line-up with some combination of Kawhi/PG/Mann/Batum/RoCo/KJ/Coffey/Boston/Mook/Brown/Miller.
That’s versatile and flexible group of guys to play with. (Very excited to see Brown play)
If we can stagger minutes of Russ/Bones/Norm, we won’t have too much of small defenders for another team to attack.
It’s up to game plan and roster management.
We will see how we we use those guys above.
