I don’t see the Nets moving Harden before the deadline but if he’s forcing his way out this to me is a far better “win now” deal than taking on that head case Simmons. It solves their rim protections issues, their Joe Harris failure, gives them a high quality 3 and D wing while swapping out for a 3rd option who plays better defense too.

man, I was down on the Lakers, and never thought Westbrook would be a great fit, and just a cast of minimum salary players/buyout guys was worrying, but even I was not THIS down on the Lakers. I just thought any team with a healthy AD and Lebron would will their way into like a top 4 seed regardless of the rest of the roster.

Sure some of their overall record can be blamed on Lebron and Anthony Davis missing time, but even when they’ve been healthy they’re like .500 on the year. AND this is with them playing one of the easiest schedules to date. I think they have like a top 3 toughest remaining schedule.

The lemon pepper incident definitely caused some bad vibes, but that ultimately wasn’t why we choked away that Denver series (hello, Doc). I would’ve been less angry about the Rondo trade if we didn’t have to fork over 2nd round picks w/ it. Honestly though, he did help out in that game 3 against the Mavs, so at this point I’m just using this as a joke/troll rather than anything serious.
