I think the Lakers have a better shot at the Warriors because they’re both old. Like for the Clippers, I would’ve rather faced the Warriors than the Kings as well.

Not sure who I like in the Warriors/Lakers, I thought both teams would lose to the Kings/Grizzlies, so I guess I don’t know anything.

Not really high on any of these teams though compared to the Nuggets, which is only reason why the Clips should’ve tried to get on the other side of the bracket, and the main reason why losing Kawhi in the 1st round was such a gut punch. None of the teams in the West are great and I would give the Clips a shot against anyone, no matter how bad the Clips looked all season.

Still better off running it back with some upgrades on the edges of the roster.

Rather than sheer incompetence the DTS Clippers usually operated under.

Also at this point none of the 76ers players from the process are really still around besides Embiid. Fultz, Simmons, Saric, Noel, Okafor are all long gone now, even the guys they found like RoCo are gone.

Probably go Sixers, Celtics, Heat and Knicks in that order. That’s who I view as the best teams in the East (at full health) and ranked in order of who can best beat the Lakers.

Knicks, Celtics, Heat, Sixers, Nuggets, Warriors, Suns, Lakers

Honestly, there isn’t really a redeeming team left in the bunch, but Knicks have Hartenstein, so I guess there’s that. Celtics with Blake, and I guess I can root for the Laker rival. And neither team has anyone I really actively dislike.

Heat are a fun story, so wouldn’t mind them getting to the ECF from the play-in.

I can’t root for Doc, or Harden.

Nuggets are the best of a bad bunch in the West, but still don’t want to see them win after they always beat the Clippers.

Warriors/Suns to me are pretty much the same, but the Suns have bothered me more as of late, vs. the Warriors bothered me more like 5 years ago.

I’m not sure the Memphis team LAL played was a worthy playoff or even play in team. I don’t think the Lakers have consistent enough outside shooting or perimeter defense. Kerr is going to find away around Anthony Davis over the course of this series. Lebron is going to have his off moments. GSW’s rotation players are making contributions to support Steph.

Ayton can’t defend, Phx can’t take and make enough 3s to compete, Phx has no bench, and Denver’s top 7 is just better than Phx’s rotation.
