As far as Favors goes, I kind of feel like teams do know/ have some influence over the future destination. As in, “we aren’t buying you out if you immediately trot on over to our nemesis” but I dunno, could be World B. We paranoia and history is riddled with buyout betrayal. Can’t think of any historical examples but if one came up it’d probably be the pinche Warriors

Thanks for the education on the C’s. Back when Clippers were a losing franchise I kept tabs on every single player in the NBA but I’ve grown fat and content with our finals tickling victories. I’ve evolved to be one of those “only my team games” type viewers as an adult and so I often miss the fringe player eye test. Sounds like those 3 guys are realistic vet mins except for maybe Bryant whose career ark sounds reminiscent of Justise Winslow’s. Injured yet higher ceiling

Yeah pretty close, Zu has years to look at hart is younger but smaller samp size. I think alott of Adavance stats show per min hart is right there a maybe better. Definitly hart a great passer

Oh I don’t think he’s necessarily worth $15M/season – but if Orlando wants any free agents to go there they gotta overpay. Honestly I think Hart and Zu are probably both worth around the same amount.

That’s a general problem I have with Wall. He doesn’t shoot well and he can’t defend. That makes it difficult to play him with most of our other guys who can’t cover those two categories (Luke, Reggie, Zu). So if Wall is starting, I’m trying to pair him with guys who could defend and hope that he can set the table well enough to help them score. If he isn’t as good a passer as he’s supposed to be, he has not business being in the starting line up to begin with. At that point, just put in Reggie and don’t play Wall at all. In this scenario, Wall has the ability to facilitate well enough that Leonard/PG are hitting 3s at over 40%, while Mann is able to cut and hit some corner 3s as well, and Zu can play some pick and roll with wall driving to the hoop.

Yeah your pretty spot on, I meant more that Steph and trae are both offensive dynamos, not bad defenders but not known defenders. Both klay Murray are 2 way players that help cover for Steph and traes weakness on D
Basically Atlanta and trae gonna have a big 2way guard to help a lot .
Atlanta got better!

Hart is great, but it’s been one season under a real coach
Playing with seasoned vets.
Not saying I. And see the 15mil
But it definitly would be an overpay.
If they offer him that he’s gone!
Now if he’s offered around 9mle money and for some reason wall takes the min. We could prolly talk him into staying .
At this point I have a bad gut feeling he’s gone.
Maybe we get a center from consolidation or just a vet min. Guy.
Supposedly harden leaving money o. The table so Philly can improve team. I won’t hate wall at all if he takes the tpmle
But man would it help if he leaves it open for the team.

I could see him getting more than Zu. He’s younger, and the team he’d be joining would have more money to spend in this year’s abysmal free agency class – Jalen Brunson is good, but him and Ayton (possibly?) being the only real headliner free agents this year isn’t a good sign for teams looking to make rapid improvements via free agency.

I could see Hart going to Orlando for something like a 3-yr, $45M deal.

I feel ya, G Rap, but I think Murray is more like Jrue Holiday though – not a great shooter, but big enough to bully his way to the hoop, and a really good defender against either guard spot.
