Who would we rather play — the Pellies who have basically worked us, home and away, or the dysfunctional Lakes with a healthy LBJ/AD who could likely become functional for one BIG game? I go back and forth but am leaning towards playing the Pellies (in LA hopefully) since the Lakes will have the crowd and could attack us inside. Would rather take my chances vs. Pellies.

It’s not just players who get up for such things coaches can too. I think Reggie plays on some type of restriction. Although he played a lot of minutes yesterday they mostly rode Marcus which allowed him to facilitate and score in spurts. High minutes but moderate usage. We’re due for a good shooting game. Maybe we can get lucky.

Reggie, MM, and Luke bailed us tf out in the 2nd half of this one, and normally I’d be concerned that it took such a huge effort to beat this Pistons squad, but we’re playing w/o our 3 best guys and a crucial reserve – I’ll take any win we can get, man.

Also I’ve pretty much resigned myself to seeing the Clips finish as the 8 seed, so at this point I’m on board w/ giving Boston some extra run and Reggie some extra rest in games that we realistically shouldn’t expect to win – sit Reggie against Cleveland and bring him back at home against Toronto.
