I’m surprised that yea, Patton just hasn’t really come across my radar, even as a “bust”. Taken before guys like John Collins, Jarrett Allen, and OG Anunoby, but somehow has only played in 9 games in 3 years. I think he was injured for a lot of that time, but seems like people were high on him as a prospect at one time. Given they Clips just spent the last 2 years picking centers in or near the 1st round, definitely not a surprise to see Patton go, but I wonder if he’ll ever get a chance to show why he was a fairly early 1st round pick.
