Couple of observations. Wall looked good. Fast and athletic. But his shot seems rusty. The crowd gave him lots of love.

Mousse looked pretty good. Was a beastly shot Blocker. And showed some offensive skills.

Kawhi. Looked slow to start. I don’t like him looking for the three ball early. Maybe just experimenting. But he settled into his normal game later. Used his strength to get anywhere he wanted.

Defense was stifling in the first half!!! RoCo a big part of that.

Mann was unimpressive the first 3 quarters. Then was the best player in the game in the 4th (against their bench).

Boston earned a pretty strong “shaking my head”.

Morris very good.

Kennard perfect from 3. But still hesitant if a defender is nearby.

Looking good so far. Nice to see Wall in action and pushing the pace, very hopeful about him. The announcers mentioned how his added bulk allows him to get through traffic more easily. Sieman still as insufferable as ever, talking about himself and ignoring Kawhi’s classic lightning dunk. Nuke Kennard sinking threes. RoCo going straight up and denying Towns. Senior looking great early. Batum being his usual dependable self. PG hitting that three off the catch. It’s a work in progress.

Just saw Wall make a really dumb TO. Has some trouble finishing at the rim throwing up garbage but no trouble getting there. Nice to see that part. He’s pretty big—could probly slim down.

I wonder who guards KAT? PG? Do they start Nic? Moussa would foul out too quickly but maybe they will give him some of the assignment for learning purposes….
