Hey I know it’s the ref’s job to call violations but how many times have you heard folks say that “you don’t call a foul with one sec. left in the game–ref’s shouldn’t decide games”, etc. But this was at D.C. and it was just surprising for the visitors to get those calls that late in a game the Wiz were clearly desperate to get and with their owner sitting courtside. Hats off to the refs.

As to those last two Kuzma inbounds plays, hats off to Ty and the Clips defense—game winning coaching and execution.
Scrubb vs. Boston: In this one, Boston was terrible, no shooting touch; G league refresher time? JS looked in control. G league has served him well. Good decisions, defense, active, engaged, involved. Looks like his shooting has improved. Deserves some minutes to show this wan’t a fluke. Like what I saw.
One other thing: on the game thread I posted that I wanted folks to tell me what happened after Winslow’s late 3. Wrote that b/c espn’s play by play had Winslow making the 3 and Luke making the winning FT. Can’t believe everything you read.
Tonite vs. Magic: Gotta get this one but after the core’s non existent performance, hard to think we won’t fall behind again. Maybe Ty shakes up the starters???

Seeing Hart and the rest of the guys absolutely roast his mostly non-existent defense tonight was extra satisfying for me.
