Get either Tucker or George hill (doubt this would happen) and sign RHJ. Kennard will be the new point for that 2nd unit.

Benches are fixable. Flip Lou for Hill and get financial flexibility to sign someone like RHJ and suddenly the bench is solid.

Just gotta lower expectations for this team to maybe 3rd or 4th seed and a 1st or 2nd round exit. Otherwise setting ourselves up for more frustration and disappointment. Our FO has mismanaged the draft every year so no young exciting talent at all on this team, and then they botched our depth by signing 2Pat for above the minimum, and were unable to find a trade to rid us of Lou, and then massively overpaid for Mook who looks awful so far this season and massively overpaid to extend Kennard who look very pedestrian on offense and terrible on D. Batum and Ibaka fell into their laps and are the only redeeming thing this offseason. So basically we have a rock solid starting 5 and a dumpster fire bench.

True. Both PG and Kawhi are not clutch players in crunch time. That’s why they can’t rescue us in the 4th quarter after the bench torches the game. They are players that can methodically build a lead and then coast/maintain if they don’t have huge pressure applied. Problem is our bench is the absolute WORST in the entire NBA so they keep being put in the position of having to mount 4th quarter comebacks and neither one has the clutch gene to do it.
