Just on First things first, they took a quote from saying what he said but omitting the part that in his Cleveland days, he always rested his starters the last 2 games. Typically driving the narrative to make clippers look bad again. I swear the people criticizing keep using the last 2 games was avoiding the lakers in the first round. That first against Houston already solidified that. Why keep bringing up the Thunder game? I am really disappointed in Broussard since he’s the most knowledgeable on basketball; he should’ve done his homework rather than relying on his “useful” sources. Are the same sources the one that said clippers are “out” of the Kawhi sweepstakes 2 weeks before he made his decision? Also, the “trying to avoid the Lakers” narrative is weak. We still don’t know which bracket they’ll be in as of today. So how would the Clips be able to successfully manipulate it last weekend?

Maybe I’m buying into Ty and the FO saying it’s more about keeping the guys healthy. But I do.

They’re saying the last two games are meaningless. More focused on being healthy than on who they play. They feel they can beat anyone in the West. No one in the West Playoffs have swept them this year.

I know ESPN doesn’t want to hear this, but perhaps there actually is no drama!
