Funny listening to all different Sports Heads giving their two cents about the LAC-MIN game. It will be great, but so much uncertainty, 1 game, within game adjustments. Will we get a bad performance from PG, Reggie or Mook? Or, will it be a collective win, where everyone plays gritty hard defense, and points are tough, but we have enough to win? Every player just has to play their role well, and we’ll be fine.

Biggest game of the year upcoming guys and gals. Just came back from visiting the TWs site and they want no part of the Suns. So, for them, it’s all about knocking us out of the 7 spot. This is not just a big ass game for the players, coaches and owners but for the Refs as well. From my vantage, the NBA cannot afford to have the refs “give” this game to the home town TWs. There has to be a semblance of fairness. For the jump shooting clips, this single game comes down to making shots. Going cold, for either team, will likely be fatal.

In the ballpark statistically I guess. Maybe not exactly 0.000 but close. Such an interesting season, up and down without the stars but hovering around .500 all season. Then finish on a 5-0 run with a 50-point win in the last game to change the point differential to essentially 0.0.

I saw somewhere that they were a total of -48 pts for the season before the game, and ended up +2. Not perfectly balanced, but darned close.

Being that close to 0 has to be a pretty rare feat.

It is correct. I expected the huge 50-point win to shift the point differential *a lot*, but that it ended up at 0.0 is definitely crazy. Have never seen that before.

Mistake to play Luke last nite as he was held out of Saturday’s game for the same “sore hamstring.” So why the eff play him in a meaningless game the next day? Why?

definitely in a game where you just hope to come out of it healthy, it really hurts to see Kennard go down.

Nice to finish the year above 0.500. I think by far the longest active streak in the NBA (I think the only teams close to them previously was the Rockets and OKC before their tanking started).

I see the Clippers finished the year with a point differential of 0.0. Can’t be 0.0000 right? That would be too crazy.

Thanks for the article. Yes, an interesting analysis and maybe agree about Amir vs. Luke. Didn’t realize the Clips are 3-1 vs. Minnesota this season. They beat us handily in the last game but that was with the Clips missing PG and NP hadn’t joined the team yet. Get your bets down, Clippers are underdogs!
