One thing about Kawhi I’m noticing a lil bit that I don’t much like–is that when the camera features him on the bench, I seldom if ever see him talking to his teammates. Don’t even see much talk from im on the court either. I think that’s a negative.
I read a quote recently where, on entering a gym for a practice session with an asst coach, Kawhi said: “Listen coach, I don’t much like other people being in the gym when I practice. They need to go.” Anti social, quiet, likes his own company… I get it — and it hasn’t prevented success but I just wonder how much more engaged he mite be if he was more personable.

All the Clips have to do is figure out how to get a rebound and pass the ball before a double team blows up a play and we should be good on Monday.

As for the SB, I have no idea. SF probably has more talent on paper but KC’s defense has been excellent this year, they won 2 very tough road playoff games and it’s hard to bet against #15. Brock Purdy is an enigma to me. Every time I watch him I think he’s going to throw 3 interceptions, but the guy gets away with throwing up some ducks and then hits an accurate pass. His team is literally in the Super Bowl b/c he threw a pass off a guy’s helmet that fortuitously bounced into a receiver’s hands. I can’t tell whether that means he’s a fluke who will get exposed, or whether luck is with him and it’s just meant to be. Going with Mahomes & the Swifties, 21-20.

Perhaps LAC does need a PF …

Amir is making the best of his opportunity. Great to see. He needed a chance. The same goes for Boston, Jr.
