Well, if said taller guy can only shoot ‘a bit’, I might be the exception and wouldn’t give him up. We have such few off-ball shooters at such a low volume that giving up Norm for only a slight upgrade at the 4 is probably not worth it. We either keep his spacing ability and make a minor move OR we involve Plumlee and lose something at the 5 while gaining at the 4 and getting younger OR we go all-in, involve Norm, attach the last assets for a difference-maker
