Bogie is overdue to show up–his atrocious play and non-shooting isn’t sustainable, and he’ll turn the corner. He actually turned things around at the end of his final shift, making a couple of plays, the last one of which was cutting off Russ on the sideline and getting the steal, and then making the pass to DJJ. Bogie is an awesome weapon and he had played in big games for a long career, a lot like Nic Batum, and he’s going to start throwing daggers any minute.

Good notes on the comical Jokic flop, which included nursing his side, followed by the soft foul call on Zu. That combined with the pair of Westbrook 3s to keep them close.

And it looked really bad that Murray was the guy who ended up going to the line for a free throw after he picked up Norm on that play. Ridiculous resolution/call.

But you also have to factor in Gordon missing the dunk. The Basketball Gods made it entertaining and kept it close, but they gave Kawhi his stage and tossed the Clippers a nice bone.

We might be able to get away with playing Norm if he’s not there.
