The other thing about Alondes that “stood out” was his confidence and poise with the ball and setting up the O. His teammates clearly trusted him. I hope Ty was watching this. Was AWms on the SL team?

Thanks for the 411. Especially with regard to Alondes and Kai. I was following the gamecast and while the numbers were popping out one never knows if it’s impactful or just random stats without actually seeing it. Per my rant yesterday I’m all in on playing the younger guys who play harder and more inspired ball. Zu, TM, Amir, Miller and now Adondes and possibly Kai from what you’re describing. Doesn’t look like Bones got any PT. Probably sulking and in the doghouse again.

Watched the game on clippervision from behind altho the screen had a “game not televised” message until the Q2 and then it was normal. Kind of a lame product — clippervision–there was no commentary for this one–strange.
But anyway the game—one guy — to use KLs verbiage–“stood out” for me and that was Alondes Williams. He was really good tonite. Good sized guard, good shooter, uncanny passer, leaper; he just looked like he was playing on a higher level than the rest. Hardin had nice stats but his 6 TOs were reminiscent of the dreadful “bad Harden.” So AWms in my book is a big fat keeper and probably outplayed Harden tonite. Letting him go would be malpractice.

JMiller also played on a higher level. Guy’s an offensive dynamo.

Kobe—another guy with another very nice game–very few errors — makes the right play. Play the man and encourage him to shoot by running some actions to get him open. He needs to put it up.

Kai Jones—much, much better than Moses Brown. Really good energy and has some passing ability. Mamba better watch out.

KPJr.—He’s a hot dog, no doubt, but a guys with his skills can put up numbers — I like his willingness to pass but usually only when he can get a surefire assist. He may keep us in some games.

DJJr. got hurt—any report on that?

Ty and the staff have some kinda hard decisions to make as to who stays, who goes and how to use the guys that stay.
