Dude I’ve been disappointed as all hell in this 213 era, but gtfoh w/ the “PG13 cost us a bubble championship” narrative. He didn’t play well, but in case you forgot, Kawhi had a shitty game 7 too, we had Doc refusing to play Jamychal Green or Zu against Jokic and forcing Trez on him, and we also had Lou’s Magic City wings incident. There was *plenty* of blame to go around for us shitting the bed in the bubble – it wasn’t just on PG13.

I mean I agree w/ him being slow 1-on-1 but what about MM? Is Ty just overusing him out of loyalty for past performance? Because MM’s feet aren’t any faster and the rest of his defense is 100x worse.

He’s the guy who cost us our best chance at a chip in the bubble.

The best way forward is NOT PG and Kawhi. Kawhi can’t be the leader of a team with his injuries. PG can’t be the leader. This combo isn’t going to win a chip.

Kawhi had complete teams with systems with the Spurs and Raptors. The Clippers have been a mess all these years with Kawhi and PG. No system, no continuity. Kawhi’s a great drop in piece that fits into anything, but he’s shown you can’t build a team around him, especially when he knee caps the team the second he walks in with PG13.

Trade PG for a real star that can lead the team or trade both for picks and youth.

Underdogs are cool, don’t mind that.

But I think the whole team is preoccupied, if you are going to do something, get it over with.

If not, issue a statement that we’ll proceed as is.

Looks like we are back to be underdog and Nobody-believe-in-us again and I love it.
I believe in a guy who drop half a billion to wipe away a problem to his dream stadium. Dude will find the way to make things right.
