It’s too bad SL has such poor quality b ball. Haven’t seen any G league games but have to imagine that G league quality has to be way better. Just a lot of gunning and lazy ball security in SL. I’ve seen the word “rough” to describe some of the play. Kind of a nice way of saying ugly.

Easy on the Boston hype you say? Well, try this. Boston is the only guy that looks deserving of an NBA look but only if he can bulk up. Otherwise, he’d be easily out muscled/ Looks to be a very talented shooter with a nice all around game. Small ass sample size, but I’d trust him right now on open corner 3s over Bev, Rondo, Mann and maybe Mook. Easlly a steal at 51.

I know it’s Summer League and all, but these commentators are so friggin annoying, spending long stretches yammering about LeBron. I’m not looking forward to hearing “did you know Boston played w/ LeBron and DWade’s sons?” everytime he does something good.

Everyone can put on muscle and add weight. Not everyone has the work ethic to do so. Giannis was a twig, but he made himself a beast, maybe too much. His teammates have said he has insane work ethic and is constantly in the gym.

NBA players have the time and money for the diet, gym, and trainers to gain muscle. They simply choose not to or focus on other aspects of their game.

I remember when Tyson Chandler was skinny local kid when he was drafted. He filled out into an NBA Championship center for Dallas. Maybe, we will see the same with Boston.
