I don’t like betting on my team a lot but I do.
Last year I bet 100$ with 2 different lakers fans on the season series and I felt it was a fair bet for both sides, both lakers and clippers looked good,
Obviously they split the series and it was a wash.
This year even with LeBron and AD healthy I might bet some lakers fans for the playoffs and bet on there first round matchup and feel confident in it
I take Utah suns or denver against them but it’s just my guy feeling. I’m bad at betting Utah in 6 etc so I just bet on the winner of the series.
Imo lakers wernt good enough to win a chip this year without Drummond , now they’re trying to work Drummond in and ad and bron are out. I highly doubt even if fully healthy they have the chemistry to win it all this year.
Imo they should of kept there whole team intact from last year and they definitely could of won it again. As funny as it sounds losing Dwight mgee green rondo fucked em. But pelinka must of thought if i add shroeder who statistically looks better then rondo, same for Trez and gasol and pay Mathews a fraction of greens salary they’d be younger and better. Unfortunately imo basketball doesn’t work like that always

Portland wants out of the play-in 7-8 spot surely. I’m with Barkley in that blazers are gonna kick the lakers asses tomorrow. Blazers did it under pressure last year in the play-in and got beat by the lakers
So no mercy dame time gonna kill em. I’d bet a for sure win, by 10 points at max , not a 20 point blow out like we just served them.
Lakers going to slip to 7 for sure
Maybe even 8 I doubt it but if AD is out the lakers are a lottery team .
Shit I wanted Drummond over boogie as our third stringer
I knew boogie was more talented but his injuries tilted the scale towards Drummonds rebounding.

Hot take , (I admit I wanted ibaka to start over Zu beginning of season) but yes Serges numbers did plummet some, don’t know if there was a change from coaching/scheme, maybe serge was dealing with his injury and playing through it or whatever.
But my take is that boogie might get more time then most on here think come playoffs depending on matchups. Boogies ability to draw double teams every god damn time is huge for “the best three point shooting team.
Obviously when serge comes back he’s gonna get minutes
But I see boogie playing some playoff minutes for sure, whether him serge and Zu all split minutes or maybe we play boogie with serge for small stretches, both can spread the floor. From the eye test and it’s a very small sample size boogie seems better from three then serge?? I have no clue what the stats say

After they lose money a couple times I wouldn’t say they wisen up, they still talk out there ass, but definitly are more hesitant to put there money where there mouths are.

Watching Ibaka suit up again will make the moves look better, but even before his back turned to moosh weren’t his numbers down? I wasn’t that impressed. He looks so small for a 7 footer sometimes. Reminds me that he started in the league as a forward. Hopefully he comes back healthy, and the playoffs interest him enough for us to see those numbers he had last year. He’s got to be careful though. He’s going to get dehydrated wearing those whack ass leather tents he’s been draping himself in on the sidelines.

I can do without Snake easily on account of no pinche Rich Paul in our locker room (spit on the ground), and I’ll admit I was being a nostalgic baby butt about losing Lou, (Rondo just provides skills more conducive to victory with the way our team is assembled ) but man do I miss Jmike.
