I said it before the last game, and I’ll say it again. If the Lakers win, the narrative will be “THE KING HAS RETURNED, LAKERS BEAT TWO TITLE CONTENDERS IN A ROW, AND THEREFORE ARE READY TO DOMINATE.” If the Clips win, the narrative will be “the Lakers were tired after beating the Bucks, this is just a regular season game so it was really meaningless anyways.”

I will say the Clips have forced the media to give them some respect lately, but it’s pretty clear as day who the media’s Golden Goose is. Ultimately though, this game means more to the Fakers than us – the first two games weren’t exactly ideal circumstances (i.e. not full rosters), but the fact remains that the Clips are 2-0 against the Fakers right now. They haven’t proven they can beat the Clips yet – the pressure is all on them right now.

11:30am old time. Ugh but at least both teams will be recovering from the clubs. Kinda glad the Fakers won against the Bucks as they and their fans will be feeling themselves. Expect another Terminator performance and PG is over due for a big game.
