Funny you bring this up cuz I just listened to the pod Lucas did with Jag & they touched on this.. As a whole, Lucas was spot on with his Mann take & is exactly where I’m at with him myself.. Length & athleticism kinda nullifies his strengths as was the case against the magic & the 2nd game against the Spurs.. Pop completely had Manns guy double or triple PG.. He had a few nice moments but was pretty bad as a whole offensively

That’d be Luke but I too prefer Morris taking that shot over anyone on the team.. He’s just built for those situations.. Luke hasn’t had a chance at that which is why I wouldn’t go with him

PG is the best shooter on the team, no doubt, but if you ask me who I would chose to take a single uncontested three to win the game, I’d go with Morris.

The biggest question for Mann will be is how he responds when teams start prepping for him. I don’t think teams have really had much of a scouting report for Mann, but with his play of late, I wouldn’t be surprised if teams start preparing their bench for him and his tendencies.

I realize that they are friends but it’s still pretty cool that 2-pat recruited Cousins knowing it could eat into a lot of his own minutes. That’s a helluva locker room guy.

Nah, I’m a big Morris fan, but when PG is on, there aren’t many players in the league better.. Unfortunately, PG is too inconsistent & gets in his own way at times.. Morris is their 3rd best players though & I also get a sense of calmness & confidence when he’s playing

Yeah I’ve always said that he’d get better with reps & film study.. His play on that end has decreased a bit though, as opposed to improving.. Hate to even knock a guy who’s constant energy, which the team desperately needs, but he needs to play smarter.. In the playoffs, everyone’s effort & energy level is up, so in order for him to get extended min, his defense will need to improve

Prolly just me but when Morris is on I feel like he’s our 2nd best player , and compliments kawhi better then pg13 compliments kawhi ? Maybe it’s just last few games where pg13 is dealing with his toe, but Morris has been a calming force for us fans . Almost know he might miss some but he’s gonna make some but rarely see him have a complete shitty game.
