—doesn’t 35 yr old James Harden have to sit this one out or is it still too early in the season for this to happen? And,

–can this team win without James? He’s seems pretty damn integral to me, and

–who’s the 2d best pt guard on this team? Probably Dunn but there’s not enough offense from that spot to win games. We’re basically screwed without James — but not totally screwed without Kawhi. Interesting conundrum. James has the clips by the nuts.

Once again I’ll write “I like this team”.

Norm is the #1 scorer regardless of what happens with Leonard. He plays smart, determined ball. I compare him to Jamal Murray, and he’s ours.

Zu was good & solid as usual.

KPJ. What did he have? 9 points in a row? His game is getting better each game. Still needs to work on his shot. Please square up.

Amir is closing out games. TMann is riding the bench in crunch time. Mann needs to freaking shoot the ball.

DJJ and Dunn were solid again. Kai is still learning to play at a higher level so I’m cool with him.

Great road win.

We all go up and down and back and forth as fans. What’s magical is when guys like Norm breakout like this. It will be interesting to see where we are approaching the trade deadline because Norm will be highly coveted by many contenders. He would be an ideal piece for the Thunder to put them over the top. If we’re sputtering perhaps we can get our pick swap back and enter the cooper Flagg sweepstakes. For now I will enjoy watching him as a Clipper.

Watching the game again for nuances. Someone needs to tell Zu that anytime Harden is attacking the paint and Zu’s in that vicinity he should probably expect that Harden will be looking for him. Cant believe how many times Zu has been oblivious to this which has resulted in what looks like a bad Harden floater or some iron hands turnover by Zu. This isn’t that hard to correct and would be a huge lift for our offense.

But was the 3/26 just poor shooting, good clips contest or a combo? I actually would fall on the just poor shooting explanation.

It’s reverse incantation when it comes to KPJ. The more we trash him the better he plays lol. No doubt he has special gifts. Hopefully this is the new normal on court and he doesn’t get into trouble off court. LeBron already texting Silver to get that suspension rolling after seeing this.

Hot takes:
James was showing off out there with those nifty passes. He and DJJ pulled off that same eye communication lob they did last game. Keep doing it until they stop you.
DJJ–stellar ass game
KPJ–what an enigma–that 4Q spurt mite just have won the game for us. He took over. What I detest is his 4 TOs.
TMann— very passive again. He’s gotta know he’s gonna lose that starter spot.
Norm? All I know is that at the beginning of last season he told everyone he was gonna be an all-star — so one year premature on that prediction.
Zu–steady as you go man. Be there for us.
Kai–bye, bye
Amir—playing well but take a cue from DJJ and play a no hesitation offensive game. All around high grades right now.
Dunn–quiet game–but still solid and got us organized

The Kings—Monk has to be on uppers, HGH or something–super human — until he wasn’t. But even with what they’ve got, I’ll take us over them.

The clips—gotta be feeling, as LD would say, “pretty, pretty good,”
