Another painful one.
Kings are a good team and make you pay on every possession the defense slacks
I liked the fight in the end but it’s too late in the season to give props on effort.

Grizzlies are next – Win or die. The way things are at I wouldn’t mind getting them from the 7th spot.
Kings/PHX are a tough matchup for us.

At this point, we can’t get picky. Avoiding the play in, AT ALL COST, should be the goal! Of course you wanna avoid the suns in the 1st Rd & the Denver side of the bracket but it is what it is at this point

Going 0-4 from Coffey & Plum & 1-2 from Russ (late) were super costly

Outside of PGs 3 made free throws in the fourth, Clips closed 2-8 from the line in the last 15:26 of the game. Can't have that

One more game and the schedule is back to average strength over the last 15 games. But they gotta rack up wins at the latest vs Toronto. And they need to get to top6. What matchups do you like? Kings, Grizzlies, Nuggets, Warriors, Suns? I guess nobody wants to face the Suns in the first round. Warriors looked quite scary even without Steph and Wiggins. What do you think?

I’m not disappointed in the effort, they obviously played harder than last night. I’m disappointed because we were in a position at the end of the game where we should’ve won this game (regardless of how we got to that position) but the team lost its mind and panic-choked it away yet again. I’m actually reasonably encouraged by the effort, but given the hole we’ve dug ourselves into it’s way too late for moral victories.

They had ZERO business winning this game nor making that comeback late! I’m not saying it’s disappointing or anything like that, but considering the circumstances, we couldn’t have asked for better effort

Trust me, you didn’t want that. PG got a good look but missed. That was the best look he could’ve gotten. Had he sped up & driven, he would’ve never got a shot up. We know how that ends, TO with a double coming! The bigger issue was on the prior play. His lack of focus once he got the ball in the back court. They were lucky not to get an 8 sec call cuz that was closer to 10 than 8 seconds. Russ still has to catch that but ball don’t lie!
