Mann is a fan favorite for a reason. is Mann’s presence threatening to some of our elder players? Time to re-tool as the KL/PG experiment has run its course.

WTF does Lue have against Covington? I believe the FO saw the deterioration of Morris and that’s why Covington is here. Unfortunately, Lue refuses to move off of Morris.

KL is having a career night and then doesn’t touch the ball. Your best player who is “on” doesn’t even “whiff” the ball. That’s on Lue, George, and KL. You wanted Westbrook. Now you have the “potted plant” standing in the corner.

PG should never bring the ball up. NEVER!!!! it’s the same story. PG dribbles up and is met with resistance and then quickly a double comes. He never quickly beats the double with a pass. He tries to dribble out of trouble. 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work. And if PG is near a sideline it’s even worse.

Westbrook was exactly what we thought he would be. A turnover waiting to happen. How many was it? 6? That’s 12 to 18 points given away. Momentum is lost. Leads lost.

Lue is really sucking at coaching this year.
I hope they trade PG for a couple of very good players and a couple of 1st rounders. The PG and KL duo will not bring us a championship.
Mann is our “point guard.” Period.
Last night’s game was perfect for Bones Hyland. If you’re gonna be in a shoot-out, bring in the gunslinger. But, alas, No Bones.
I want to thank Morris for his service and it’s time to put Covington in.

If the Westbrook experiment continues, the Clips will be battling for a play-in game.

I’m still so damn furious with Lue. He’s Doc level atrocious at this point. And PG is a total bum. Wish he had never been on my team.

I actually love this roster now. Russ really brings something and it allows us to have Mann come off the bench so that energy sustains (provided our dumb ass coach has enough sense to balance their minutes correctly). We got two really good Bigs, tons of shooting and overall depth and a mega star to close out big games but there’s probably just not enough runway left this season to really get cooking.

Both the Warriors and Lakers have been calculating to just get in the tournament healthy believing that they can win one road game to take any series with their experience. Maybe at this juncture that’s our best course of action as well.

I think we would all do much better if we just ride this out until April with the confidence that we should fall no lower than 6 and just see what happens one series at a time.

The new arena can’t come quickly enough.

I’m not saying this just because of tonight, though admittedly this was a really, really bad loss. I’m saying this because we’ve seen Ty making the same mistakes the whole year – Ty keeps saying that he’s “learning,” but no, he’s not. Or if he is, he’s not applying the lessons he’s supposedly been learning. Literally the only “adjustment” that Ty has made that actually been a positive is playing MM less, and he still played him too much tonight because his legs are completely gone.

“Mann should’ve played more minutes”? You’re the fucking COACH. PLAY HIM. “We need to be better defensively”? Then why the hell are you playing MM at C early on, why are you riding Norm and Russ for so long when Malik Monk is torching them, and why is RoCo, one of our best defenders, continuing to get DNPs? Why were you DNP-ing Mann and RoCo earlier in the season when we needed those easy wins? Why have you been trotting out an 8-9 player rotation in the regular season when you have the “deepest roster in the league” but also the oldest team in the league?

If we want any shot of actually making a deep playoff run (I’m not gonna say “contend” because we are so far from that right now), then we don’t have time to wait and hope for Ty to re-learn how to coach.
