I love Amir but he’s no more than a fine defender, and he doesn’t have the handle to get to the rim much.

He has different strengths than RoCo, but I think RoCo is a much better player right now

I do think that Wall is a guy who might look a lot better in the proper context – like so many other players on the Clips.

Coffey provides great perimeter defense and he attacks the rim with the ball well. His issue is the lack of confidence in his 3 pt shot but the Clips almost certainly lose to Utah last week at home without him coming into the game to shut down dribble penetration. He’s a big dude and can guard the bigger wings.

Yeah, l like RoCo a lot, especially when his shots fall. He’s a savvy/clerver defender while Diabate’s just starting out but with time he’ll impress plenty. Count me in on team RoCo rn.

Covington is continually disruptive on defense, goes up hard for rebounds, and hits threes. Wondering why you value Coffey more, who to my admittedly less-trained eye has so far looked quite pedestrian?

Clips are actually in a good position to make a run to the top 4 in December. After Oct/Nov, I think Diabate, Mann, Coffey need more or regular minutes. I think Roco and Wall should have less time on the floor. Coffey has been great on defense and at finishing at the rim. His outside shot has been bad, but I think he can pick that up. Need his D, however. Mann has really looked good when he’s given the ball and freedom to attack. Diabate is a low key Clip legend already. I think he’s a much better backup than Roco and Batum will play well with him b/c it extends Batum’s length.

I like Roco’s 2 way game and his synergy with Nico.
Players’ offense may take a break, but defense won’t.
His value is more than a one dimensional player.
The team needs what he can bring even if the injured players return.
The scrappiness of Mousa is noteworthy.
Loved the Mann cuts, Wall and RJ’s drives.
