I’m not praying for injuries but when Mitchell grabbed at his ankle and walked off the floor gingerly it gave a little felling of relief.
I didn’t make the point in my original post but I wonder if it’s the same nagging injury Mitchell was dealing with at seasons end. ?? Wouldn’t be surprised
Also I bet pg13 and some of our other guys could be dealing with some stuff and not saying it.?
Nobody saying anything about PG13’s “toe problem “ that there really wasn’t a cure or definite timetable on anymore. I haven’t heard one thing but I bet he’s still dealing with.
Injuries are a part a life, every person in life/workers etc will end up with some kind of something the older we get,
I don’t care if you sit at a desk all day , work hardcore manual labor, assembly line etc. our bodies are not meant to to do the same thing at work 8hrs a day or more year after year.
Sports players definitly gonna deal with all types of stuff for sure, WE all put wear and tear on our bodies everyday and that is something we all will deal with in old age/retirement.
I really wonder what retired players have to deal with in there older years? I know there mostly Rich and have great medical for knee replacements hips etc, somethings there’s not a lot of cures for. The risk reward of hard work in life. And ain’t nobody getting outta here alive”
One of my favorite quotes ! Lol

Lord knows the Jazz didn’t take it easy on us when Blake and CP3 were out (not that they should have, just saying). Every champion has had an element of luck with regards to guys on upper-echelon teams and playoff opponents missing time. It is an unfortunate and inevitable part of the game.

It’s like if the Clippers had to play the Jazz without Paul and Luke, and Reggie came back in game 3 on a minutes restriction. It was a testament to the Nuggets that they got past Portland (and perhaps an indictment of the Blazers).

Still have alotta ground to make up against a really strong jazz team. And I can Guarantee you that not one fan of the jazz is making any comments on there blog about how they”wished” ibaka wasn’t out for the season.
Imo our guys and staff and organization will win or lose games , us fans are extremely important but any bad juju jinxes, foul fandom thoughts and comments do not matter with the basketball gods, just see lakers fans and how horribly spoiled and rotten they are.
To each his own, I’ll be the Bad guy. You need luck to win in the postseason along with playing right and sometimes luck comes in the means of injuries to opposing players.
Whether Mitchell and Conley are dealing with injuries or not I hope we step on the jazz throates in game 4 and don’t look back. Just like Dallas Fuck em👊🏻

Let’s win Game 4, Clipper Nation!

  • PG was awesome this game and it felt really great to see him get going. Keep it up!
  • I still can’t believe how hot Reggie is this post season. It feels like a thing at this point.
  • I love Batum. Keep playing him as much as he can handle!
  • I love what luke kennard is doing. His stroke looks amazing and he didn’t suck on defense last night. He’s kinda like JJ to me at this point, but we haven’t seen him get cold in the playoffs.
  • Mann is a beast. Truly unstatable (but for real unstatable).
  • I love how leonard didn’t take his foot off the gas even when his shot wasn’t falling and even more so when it started to fall. He’s doing a good job setting the tone for this team.
  • I really liked this game for Marcus Morris. He picked his spots and didn’t try to do too much. I’d like to see more of that from him.
  • I still can’t believe this Reggie thing. Between Reggie, Mann, and Batum, I’m starting to feel like we might have solid player development now. Something’s changed between last year and this year besides for better ball movement and rotations. It might just be that Lue is setting these guys up for success, but it could be more than that. Either way, it gives me room to be optimistic no matter what happens this post season.
