Pretty optimistic there on the clips upcoming 5 games Coach K; I prefer to take the proverbial one game at a time approach and hope the team does as well.

Looks like JVG may be out for a couple weeks with a serious family issue–I think I’ve heard it ‘s health related. Hope that turns out ok for ya coach. As for Ty, he must not even be able to walk–sciatica will do that.

Clips have the toughest part of their schedule coming up this week: OKC on Sunday, followed by @NYK, @BKLYN, @CLE, @ORL.

Minnesota has @IND, PHX, DET, @DEN, @BKLYN

GSW has @MIA, @NO, @SAS, @MEM, @LAL

I think Minnesota will probably go 3-2 in that stretch.
GSW is looking a little wobbly with Steph being injured. Schedule looks a little soft, but they, too, probably go 3-2 or 2-3.

If Clips could go 4-1 or 5-0, they’d lock up at least the #6 spot.

They are also only 2 games back in the loss column behind the Grizzlies and 3 games back in the loss column behind the Lakers and Denver.

This regular season is far from over.

Atlanta defeats GSW 124-115. Clippers are now tied in the loss column w/GSW. If the Clips pull off a win against OKC tomorrow, they will move ahead of GSW and be the #6 seed.

I seriously hope Ty Lue doesn’t come back. Other than the first 2 games, Shaw has been doing good as the head coach. Lou Williams said Ty’s has had back pain for a while. You’d think someone with a bad back would lose their spare tire to relieve some of the strain, but it seems Ty Lue’s oblivious to the obvious even outside of basketball. And before anyone gives excuses, the man was a professional athlete. He knows how to diet and exercise.

Not even JUST Kawhi. Why the fuck are Harden, Zu, and Kawhi playing when we’re up 30 points? That should be an auto sub-out. If the lead drops to 15, sure put them back, but they should not be playing significant minutes up 30 goddamn points.
