Man…I’m always amazed at how bad RJ Barrett looks. Thought he was gonna be really good when he was drafted.

Great game between GSW and Denver. Denver’s defense did just enough to get Curry out of his comfort zone to slow him down, but outside of that I thought GSW pretty much outplayed Denver. Jokic is not as good as he was last year from the field. Shooting 49% in his last 10 vs 61% last year (that number is so ridiculous, btw). GSW has a good team with the young guns emerging as part of the rotation.

Philly discovered that Morris is trash, and their fans are probably scratching their heads as to why Roco hasn’t been on the court much of late. Jaime Jaquez really stepped up for Miami. Amazing that he didn’t go higher in the draft.

The signature win of the day was the Knicks beating Milwaukee. They played a great, entertaining game all around. What stands out to me is that Lillard and Giannis scored 64 points, shot efficiently but that team still lost. Brunson has such a physical, crafty old school game to go along with some of the best fundamentally sound shooting form you’ll see in the league. Hartenstein at center is an improvement over Robinson at the offensive end. Randle thrives without Robinson in the lineup. 6 of their losses have been to Milwaukee, Minnesota and Boston. They’re 16-6 vs the rest of the league. If that team ever gets a legit offensive weapon at SG/SF, watch out.
