No Show Leonard is like owning a boat. You have your happiest days when you buy the boat and when you sell the boat. It’s way past time to sell.

You can’t have continuity with a completely unreliable player.

I’ve had it with the unreliability. I’m done with the Aspiration story. Enough.

There were two moments in the 213 era where we could have legitimately done something special and I hold Ty responsible for failing on both. Not taking a visibly exhausted Kawhi out while up by 15 at home in game 4 against the Jazz and the resulting ACL, and of course game 4 against Denver with the midgets and the Gordon dunk. We would have waxed the Suns in 2021 and been in the finals with a real shot at winning it all. And while we weren’t winning any chip last year taking some measure of redemption over the Nuggets would have meant so much to everyone. We were rolling , at home, and on our way to an OT win but nope. At that time folks were still hopeful for this season. But how does that failure feel now that this is all likely over? One dumb coaching move and we are now walking away totally empty handed.

He always does the stupid thing. And these aren’t anecdotes of revisionism. I was screaming at the TV in real time like “WFT are you doing?!!” and they both happened. Lucas and others opined that they were shocked by these blunders in real time too.

I know it was probably superfluous to winning the other night, but it was a microcosm of who this guy is when he gave up with 3.5 minutes still left, with the ball, and only down 15. It’s so similar to his pissing away regular season games like they don’t matter. I don’t want anyone near my team who’s like shrugging their shoulders “we would have lost anyway.” That’s just how he is.
