The Clips did the best they could to get to the line, and for what it’s worth the refs didn’t screw them over by ignoring the contact – plenty of FTs for the Clips in this one is the only reason we were able to even stay close. The thing is, if “shots not falling” means 35% overall, then we’re probably just gonna lose, especially against good teams (which the Bulls, even w/o Vuc, are). There were areas that could’ve been cleaned up (*cough late game decision-making cough cough), but it’s hard to make smart decisions when you’re gassed. I’m actually surprised Ty didn’t give Justise any run in this one, considering how well he played against Minnesota, and considering how often the Bulls went small.

I know there are no moral victories and all that, but I’m really not mad about this one – Bulls just outplayed the Clips last night. Time to start a new streak against Pop and co.
