No it’s just we now have a coach that puts his players in positions to succeed as opposed to having that other piece of shit running the show.. Also, he wasn’t bad in those 1st 2 games.. Watching games without any sort of pre determined negativity & re watching the game altogether, will go a long way!

It’s crazy how much I defend a player I don’t even like cuz of all the bogus criticism

Ppl can point to some of these bogus ass stats but he’s just not that great of a rebounder.. Doesn’t use his size to box out & get himself in position.. When he happens to be in position, he’s good, as those stats indicate.. He’s simply not an aggressive rebounder on either side of the floor..

& yes, I give ZERO FUCKS about alot of these stats cuz they never tell the entire story.. They’re helpful, in some instances, but I trust my eyes & basketball knowledge way more than I do all these stats which way too many folks drool over nowadays

I had Bev playing alot less due to limiting his workload but so far we’ve seen its his foul trouble that’s limited him.. Either way, Reggie is going to play! Folks just gotta deal with it & put their “personal” feelings aside.. Also, Mann ain’t seeing the floor over Coffey in real min.. He’s been damn near useless & handicaps your offense BIG TIME!

Didn’t break it down by position, but by player.. Obviously things have changed with the starting lineup change.. I also had Serge & Zu sharing the floor for a few min per game, something we haven’t seen yet

Mann def has a better skill set but it’s irrelevant when you don’t play with confidence to show those skills! It’s still early but we’ve seen plenty of Mann meaningful min to know he’s not reliable contributor.. Give those min to Coffey to see what he can do.. Doing so might even light a fire under Manns ass & make him earn those min & hopefully become the player & contributor we all hope he can be

The key Bev play for me was his rebound and put back where he outjumped all the bigs for the ball, coming with the Blazers still attached. Superb B ball play. The stat that’s concerning is 0 assists for the starting pt guard. Unacceptable.

Reggie: Have to hand it to Lucas. R’s no.1 detractor making an about face shows some courage. But I almost wanna believe that maybe Reggie was motivated to prove Lucas wrong. Betting a few Clip players read this blog.

Well, this lineup assumes that everyone is playing on a given night and we don’t go into garbage time. Essentially, it’s a playoff rotation. I agree with you that I’d rather cut out Reggie’s 8 and do something like 4 more minutes for Luke, 2 for Lou, and 2 for Batum.

What does it look like if Reggie goes down to zero, and TMann improves and picks up a few minutes? I still feel like Zero Reggie would have a calming effect on me, until he proves me wrong. Let him play in spots. And I don’t think Kennard has enough minutes. Also, I wonder if there are some more Batum minutes–taking some of the spots where PatPat has been filling in.

Outside of that Mavs drubbing, I think he’s mostly been fine – he hasn’t been grabbing as many rebounds, but he’s been boxing out and making space for others to grab the rebounds. Like you said, small sample size – I expect his numbers to normalize as the season goes on.

Great to see, especially since I like [Coffey] over Mann

I like Coffey's attitude and confidence over Mann, but I like Mann's skills more. I just wish Mann were more aggressive in his decision-making, especially since it doesn't appear that he's running point most of the time.
