PG showing us what got away with a BIG game last nite. Oh well.

As to our game, Kai looks very spry–upgrade over Plumlee and Theis. The tricky no look pass from Alondes to Kai needed a replay and it got one. Tough for AWms missing his 3s and I thot it was not fine to have him out there with Bones, another PG as thatt detracted from AWms playmaking chops. He’s a fun watch but his making the team in any fashion is a long shot given the log jam.

Jones is the real deal. Very confident player and has a lot of pride on D (speaking of D, why no Dunn?).

Porter—definitely a ball centric player with some good results and some bad. The sample size is still too small for me but I know some here hate him.

Kobe just not showing enough for me. I’d give him more time tho. Needs to take/make some shots. You’d have to take Miller over Kobe if pressed, wouldn’t you?

2 wins out of 3 with only loss came from 3 point buzzer beater, I would take it.
Many guys looks good, at least from my limited views of highlight reels.
Miller looks calm and ready. Browm always leads the team in rebounding. DJJ is like Dhalsim in Street Fighter, with his arms and legs extended everywhere. Coffey add more size and make starting units more balance. Kai Jones is an athletic lob threat/shot blocker and his chemistry with Alondes is impressive. Even KPJ ball handler is refreshing as it move Harden to play off ball and his assist to him for catch and shoot 3 is really nice.
We still need some more time to gel. I guess we will be playing smooth with ball-sharing playstyle after 15-20 games. Let’s see.

Let’s all cover our eyes and imagine that Kai is our new rookie draft pick. I think everyone would be pretty exuberant. I’ve been a skeptic but hey, he did some special things tonight so I’m suspending judgement until further notice. Hopefully he’s that pogo we’ve been wanting for awhile.

I’m very pleased with how DJ, TM, Amir and Miller looked. Hope. Just hideous by Porter. I don’t mind Bones chucking like he was. His ceiling will be determined by how deadly he is from deep and I want him to get as many up as possible right now. Looks like the coaching staff does too.

Am pleased to see this will be on KTLA. Being able to watch all the young/new guys is critical for fan appraisal. If Norm is out I hope they start Coffey. Yes more Alondes please.

In the last game: KPJ looked terrible vs 2nd unit opponents. Kobe airballed a 3. Kai looks like a shorter, more athletic Moses Brown. Jordan looked great vs 3rd-stringers.

Hopefully Jordan gets pushed up into some 2nd unit minutes so we can see what he’s got. Don’t need to see more of the 3 Ks. We need to see Mann and Coffey against starters and 2nd units. Dunn needs to play without KPJ as an actual PG, not SG on offense.
