I hope so. Is it possible he closes with and gives more minutes to Trez because Trez wants it that way? It’s great to have a lot of talent, but managing it has to be tricky. Chemistry seems to get overlooked by fans.

I hope so. Part of me thinks that Doc closes with and gives Trez more minutes because he is concerned about his attitude if he doesn’t.

God I hope you’re right about this. I love me some Trez, but Doc leaving him in there even when he’s getting exposed defensively and running on fumes has been so frustrating to watch.

O Oh i think for the playoffs it’ll be even better cause Kawhi/PG won’t play less than 30 minutes a game, I was just pointing out how it helps our regular season get the #1 seed that much more for when our 2 stars sit out.

I actually think this helps puts doc in a better position to play Zu. As I understand, Doc’s reluctance to play Zubac came from the desire for Trez’s offense. Having another scorer in Morris could mean that Doc can turn to a Zu/Morris/Kawhi/PG13/Bev closing line up. I can see Zu and Trez splitting minutes 24/24 at the center position, and 6 more minutes of Zu and his 104 DRTG would be a huge boost to address our interior defense.
