I think Brooklyn really wanted Dinwiddie. He developed there as a player, has loyalty to the organization and he’s a 6’6″ guard who is an alpha scorer.

I think the Clips offer was the best to provide complementary players for KD. The Mavs offer was better if you’re planning for KD’s exit.

I don’t think KD will be a Brooklyn Net next season.

The Clippers’ offer tells us a few things: 1. They’re committed to winning the chip this year; 2. They are aware of weaknesses and are going to explore every option to address them; 3. They value Norm Powell as a legit #3 scoring option.

I think the Clippers can do quite well with the rotational backcourt of Terance Mann, Reggie Jackson and Paul George if Lue steps up his coaching.

If they just get another legit big and a legit athlete at the 4/5, I think they win the chip. Think Jakob Poeltl and Christian Wood or something along those lines. Ideally, I’d like them to replace Roco AND add a true back up to Zubac.
