I enjoyed having him on the team. Knew his role, played it well.

Still can’t work out how the Front Office got Jamychal Green and Temple out of Avery Bradley

The choke job against the Dubs still hurts, and the historic loss to the Mavs was terrible, but at this point arguing that he’s just “Doc 2.0” is just not a good argument to make.

I think it helped to free Lou up and if we continue playing 9-deep we give ourselves a better chance of building on-court chemistry as the season goes on.

Reggie might jump in whenever any of Lou/Bev/Kennard is unavailable. Btw, it seems fortunate for now that he have a full roster available with so man teams facing injuries and/or COVID protocols.

Didn’t like to see Kawhi playing the whole 3rd quarter again, as he looked gassed at the end of the period and also for the last 6 min of the fourth.

Zubac still cannot catch the ball and was having difficulties even finishing dunks but at least he tried.

Interior defense is the problem as are the closeouts. It seems like every game there is someone getting crazy hot against us. First it was Conley, then Mills, Curry, now Lavine.

Was good to see us making shots as well, but it seems like we need to accept the fact that we are now really a shooting team. Without rim finisher like Harrell and Zu or Ibaka unable to finish around the rim, we must rely on our shooting with occasional drives by Kawhi, George and Lou.

It was still a welcomed sight though

Also my take regarding Lou & Luke.. Didn’t know how Lue would be able to stagger them, since we all know Bev needs to play, but I like how he did it

alot of bad rotations & “helping” unnecessarily led to most of those shots.. This part, was a bit expected though, still doesn’t make it less infuriating though

He actually wasn’t dropping “too far” but when someone is hot like that, you can’t drop AT ALL! I’m just glad they adjusted as opposed to the Spurs & Jazz games

I’ll wait for Mr Hann’s game grades to drop to give “my take”

I appreciate the extra effort he’s been putting in on defense and distributing, but we all know scoring is what he does best.

Zu looked more aggressive today as well (glad he tried to go up strong around the basket), even though he still dropped a couple passed and missed a couple of looks around the rim again – hope he keeps this up.

Kennard is hesitating, but I feel like it’s because he’s been trying to not step on Lou Will’s toes. I think Kennard knows scoring and ballhandling is what he does best, but it’s also what Lou does best, so it’s just a matter of them figuring out how to play together w/o disrupting their flows – we’ve already seen that Kennard can do more than Shamet, but that also means it’s harder to define his role. Lou/Kennard overlapping is one of the reasons I was hoping to see Kennard out there w/ Bev more and why I think George Hill would probably be a better fit (though trading Lou Will would be really painful).

Also, allowing Chicago to shoot 60% is a bad, bad, look, but the Bulls were making some insane shots. It’s not like all of them were just wide open looks – Lavine went supernova in this one even w/ hands in his face most of the time.
