So I just read the LA Times piece on Primo this morning. I was trying to figure out if JP was criminally charged in TX. According to the piece, the Bexar county sheriff investigated and submitted its indecent exposure complaint to the DA’s office May 18. It’s been almost 5 mos for the DA review and that’s a pretty long while for a DA review. Tells me they’re taking their time and want to get this right.
The DA can 1) reject (nothing criminal will ever happen) 2) send it back to the sheriff asking for further investigation or 3) file a misdemeanor indecent exposure charge.
As to option 3, that could be a separate charge for every single incident. If I’m JP, I’m deathly worried about option 3 as this could trigger registration as a sex offender in TX (depending on his record) and maybe even wherever he resides. Again on option 3, 1st offenders often plea bargain down to a non registerable charge (or go to trial) to lighten things up. Lawyers perform a great service to their clients by avoiding registration. The Clips will no doubt be watching the Bexar County legal drama very closely.

Not sure how to properly react to this signing.
As a guy in the house full of wonderful ladies, I don’t want to support anyone who disrespect women in any kind of ways.
And our team seems to hold people’s morality in high regard.
So it’s total conflict of feeling.
Do I make some mistake as an 19 years old? Yeah, sure.
Do I wish to hurt someone’s feeling from what I have done? No, freaking way.
But did I make some stupid stuffs anyway which I later regret and wish I didn’t do them? I hope to say no but I can’t.
I hope we consult our female staffs BEFORE we decide to sign him. And I hope he comes out to explain, apologize and own up to his stuffs. Any wrong steps he makes afterwards should be followed with swift action and possibly legal consequences.
This is such a delicate issue. I hope we set a standard on how to handle them.
Let’s see how it goes and will keep an eye on them.

Brogdon is not harden, after all this if we end up with brogdon , I’m going to be disappointed ..
unless harden gets traded/ and or bought out and signs for the minimum
I don’t see how an injured/brogdon is going give us that extra punch needed to blast our ways to nba finals
