AI says this: “there are many successful NBA players who attended small colleges. Historically, some prominent players like Scottie Pippen (Central Arkansas), Dennis Rodman (Southeastern Oklahoma State), and Stephen Curry (Davidson) have proven that NBA success is possible even after playing at smaller institutions. More recently, players like Damian Lillard (Weber State) and Jimmy Butler (Tyler Junior College) have also achieved NBA stardom after playing for smaller programs”
They say “give peace a chance” I say: give these guys a chance

1. Try to do a SnT for Santi Aldama – he fills a position of need (actual PF, smallball C), and is young enough (24) to stick around past Kawhi/Harden. If we can’t get Aldama we should see if we can sign Yabusele, Jake Laravia, or Precious Achiuwa to short-term deals
2. Bring in a veteran C to compete with (or more likely mentor) Niederhauser – ideally Capela, but any of Luke Kornet, Thomas Bryant, and Paul Reed would be good too
3. See if you can get one of CP3, Tre Jones, Tyus Jones, or Monte Morris on the cheap

My most positive surprise from this analysis is he’s mid range maestro and projected to be a good secondary ball handler in the pro level.
Can’t wait to see how he does in SL & pre-season.
I think I said this very often but we night find some real value in the second round again.
Let’s see how it goes.
Ps: He graduate from Cal Poly with kinesiology degree. I just find out that it means “the study of body movement”. This reminds me of an outstanding Japanese footballer in the premier league, Kaoru Mitoma. This guy wrote graduation thesis about dribbling, focused on how to effectively beat opponents in one-on-one situations. How cool is that?
