TM needs that kind of confidence. Reggie is surprisingly good from 3. Consistent form, good movement on the ball, never reluctant and this is likely why he’s good. Gets shots off quickly before the defender gets set. But he needs a shrink for the rest of his game. A lot of bad decisions and perhaps coaching can make some headway there.

Remember that entering last season, McGruder was the backup SF, not a 3rd stringer. Batum basically replaces him.
