The guy that I think is going to get moved sometime this year is Terry Rozier. I think a free agent at the end of the season, and there’s no way they’re going to want to keep him long term.

I’m not a huge Terry Rozier fan, but his stats are at least a little appealing, and after seeing the importance of more scoring with Kawhi out, he would provide some more of that. If the Clips could get him on the cheap, it might be worth looking into. Might depend on how they feel about retaining PatBev long term and if he can stay healthy. Or if they’re ready to move on from Luke.

Just a name I’ll be watching this season.

2019 Raptors + Paul George are probably title favorites, so I think a good reason to try reunite them.

I like the way you’re thinking. BOLD moves that people normally assume aren’t possible. Whether Kawhi returns this season or not I don’t think it’s healthy for this teams DNA to accept mediocrity. If we can add another win now player we will be better than we were in the WCF and who knows? My pipe dream is we can move Luke to a young team to get below the apron and then be able to sign and trade for Derozan. I would swap a bunch of guys I love for that dude even though he’s a weak three ball shooter. Scared the pragmatic Mr Ballmer cleans house like he did at Microsoft. Ok that’s paranoid but….

Yea I agree too. I feel like it’s a lot going out because I know how good those guys are, and I’m probably putting too much value on a 21st pick, who is the shiny new object on the Clips. Realistically, TOR says no, and Clipper might say no too.

Would the Clips or Raptors entertain a Siakam trade? I mean Zu, Mann, Keon as a main package going back to the Raps could kind of reset their timeline a little bit with Scottie Barnes in the fold as well.

Siakam would reunite with the 2019 Raptors west of Kawhi/Serge. Then need to convince Lowry to come for the mMLE, and Danny Green for the minimum, and of course Jeremy Lin and Patrick McCaw.
