I like both. Over a larger sample size though, Plumlee should have absolutely no business hanging with Zu. Zu’s defense is too valuable in comparison

Wasn’t liking lil K Mart’s minutes at the power forward position. The eye test suggested that he’s too small on the defensive end and didn’t seem to be freed up for a dunk until he was out there with two other bigs.
Kobe Brown is older than both Martin & Bones and I expect to see them on the floor, so who knows? Maybe we get to see him play some real NBA minutes? He looked competent in the highlights. I know they never tell the whole story but…

I mean I’m not as down on Norm as a lot of folks, but I’d trade him for a legit starting PF if one were available. Last year we went into the year w/o a real backup C, this year it looks like our PF rotation is a weakness.

For all his warts it’s important to have high volume scoring off the bench so I wouldn’t trade Norm for nothing right now. But if Hyland keeps improving perhaps we could get something back at the deadline for Norm. His contract is not easy to move at the moment.

Yeah, I’ve never liked ball hog/gunners (Norm) or washed guys like MM. The team would have a refreshed look without those guys.

When I think about Bones vs. Harden I think about 3 pt shooting and lobs. Harden checks those boxes. Both Zu and Plumdog would be salivating for those lobs. Would give Zu ample motivation to improve those hands or he’d look like a complete dolt.

Not so fast Robt. Timing’s everything here — especially with the season upon us. You don’t think the 6ers brass were watching last nite’s game with great interest, especially when a supposed (publicly anyway) trade piece was in action? And, concomitantly, you don’t think the Clips would have been intent observers had James played yesterday? The real impact performer last nite was Bones — as the 6ers no doubt noticed.
