I would have preferred that they sign Jamal Crawford. Yogi won’t play at all. J Crossover is always ready for that 1 shot that somehow is always needed even if its not needed, a fan favorite and because they get rid of anyone who can be an all-time Clipper great I’m feeling a lil nostalgic. 15th player C’mon. #freejcrossover

When Rondo will be managing his load/injury we will be down to Reggie-Luke-Mann guard rotation, even with PG playing the two this isn’t enough bodies.

Do we though? Bev is not much of a playmaker. I’d argue both Reggie and Mann are better than him in that regard. Reggie and Luke are better shooters. Mann is learning to be a defensive hound like Bev with less fouls. We got Rondo to make plays and is actually shooting near 40% from 3 this season. Both PG13 and Kawhi have improved their playmaking and are having a career year in assists.

Ty Lue can run the triangle. PG13, Kawhi, Mann, and even Reggie are getting more aggressive at attacking the paint. Zu is good for pick and rolls. Batum and Ibaka are good for pick and pops.

Do we really need ANOTHER guard?

I don’t understand this at all, especially after tonight’s game. Do we really need ANOTHER guard? We have tons of depth at guard already even with injuries. If Boogie is not working, we should be looking for another 7 foot center to match up against the Lakers, Jazz, and Nuggets.

Domagoj is right–the team can get rid of a 10-day guy early if they need to. This is rare because it’s just 10 days, so most teams simply wait it out, but it’s not unheard of for this to happen in special situations, like if a team needs roster spots to facilitate a trade or (like now) has injuries at a certain position and needs to add depth elsewhere).

There’s speculation out there that because Fitts’ 10 day won’t be up until a week later than Boogie’s that this means Boogie is the one who will be getting cut. That would really suck. Boogie better ball out tonight if given the chance.
