Nice recap for a pretty boring game Ken. Not a ton to take away from this one – the Clippers are better and more talented than the Thunder and played like it last night.

This team is very good. Their outside shooting will regress at some point (maybe this was the start), but they look more cohesive and prepared than last season.

Only thing I didn’t really like about tonight is that after going up big early, they took the foot off the pedal & never locked in defensively.. You knew the game was never in doubt, because of the opponent, & they played that way.. Hope they match the thunder energy on Sunday

For people like me that was a bit worried how this team would look when the 3’s aren’t falling, this was a welcome sight. Good to see they still can hit shots from 0-3 feet from the basket when needed. All those hook shots that Serge was missing this season, finally started dropping. Zu stopped being Mr. Flippy and just dunked the dang ball. Against a tougher opponent, you might not get away with it, but even in this one, it is impressive they were able to maintain a double digit lead most of the game, in large part to Kawhi hitting midrange shots and getting to the FT line.
