He does everything fundamentally wrong. He’ll shade to the left arm vs a right handed pull up shooter. He’ll decide he needs to go help Kawhi Leonard defend at the rim and leave a 3 pt shooter wide open. It gets even more perplexing when the Clippers are actually up +3 with time running out and a made 2 pt basket doesn’t really hurt the Clippers. He’ll get caught on no man’s land and rotate to the non-shooter on the floor.

Maybe we’ll get lucky and Aaron Gordon will still be out too. They got blown out tonight by Memphis so they more or less rested everyone. I do like Plumlee as a foil to Joker. He’s smart and moves his feet well for a 7 footer. Also played with him for a few years so probably knows him a bit better than most. I wonder if Kawhi will sit? Wouldn’t surprise me after last night’s grueling affair.

I used to have a soft spot for the Kings but not after hearing those punks disrespect us after they were gifted that game last night by the refs. I want those guys in the first round. They are the one team that if we were in the 5 slot we could take out pretty easily without home court. They caught us without Zu and Westbrook’s first game and still should have lost. And all that cute shit doesn’t fly for long in playoff basketball. It will be men against boys. Of course they will have us on the ropes again this Friday because of a B2B and we’ll have hear all that “light the beam” bullshit. This week can’t be over soon enough.

Maybe 176-175, a game of infamy, clears out some of the wishful thinking and stubbornness. The errors and bad rotations, leaving TMann on the bench yet again, had to happen so that Ty Lue could go with Westbrook all the way to the end one time and see the horrific result.

But that’s the problem. He keeps doing the same thing over and over again, and he never gets it, it doesn’t seem. No reason why it would happen now. Denver is so good that it will provide an easy excuse for why the Clippers fail. Not to mention that they played incredibly hard (except on defense) and hit enough shots for three games, and they must be demoralized at this point.
