Watching Tucker in the last playoffs showed him to be finished. His time has passed. Lue has found his latest version of Marcus Morris. Old, slow, past his expiration date.

The first 5 games were nice to watch. Now it’s a hot mess.

Trading Zu isn’t going to change anything. The problem starts with Lue.

Manpower wise Clips were overwhelmingly superior.

This is not excusable, with the star power of the Clips. Their chef was the problem, again.

1, Live and die by the 3. Vast majority continue to be drive and kick, for rainbow shots. Rinse and repeat. Game after game, low % shots. Dating back to seasons ago.

2, Clips don’t have the Dubs’ marksmanship. Huge skill drop. By a wide margin.

3, This go to offense has been a proven failure, and not sustainable. Hard to argue with results.

And yet the Lue still prefers this. Like MM last year, Doc to Trez. And this should continue to persist this entire season given his track record, unless he wants to change, to progress / improve.

4, In short, Kerr’s trying hard, second rate copycat.

5, And preference to small ball too, dating back to Wall, Jackson, etc last season while benching Roco, and limiting Mann.

6, Jenkins coached the Grizz well despite star power handicap with his drive and cuts and slip plays, majority of the game, and foul bating. He outwitted Lue with team ball, motion offense.

Lue can learn the motion offense from Jenkins to maximize the star power he has, motion offense, rather than one on one or kick out 3s.

What happened to cuts, cuts and more cuts as promoted by Lue beginning of the season ? Good for the 1st game only ? : He should have qualified this to temper expectations to this team.

7, No rebounds, no rings. Or just a simple win.

8, TOs has been a recurrent issue from last season to this one.

9, If not Craig, offer Kenny Atkinson the head coaching job now. This can still be salvaged. Ballmer, and not Frank, needs to draw the line.

10, Lue has perhaps reached the point of diminishing returns as Clips head coach.

He can HC other NBA teams. Swap Ime Udoka with Ty is also fine with me, as Houston so longed for Lue earlier.

11, I can feel for Kawhi, who had Pop, Nurse as his HCs before. Only to be burdened with Doc and Lue with the Clips.

What I’m really looking for is to see how Kawhi plays. Is he willing to step things up to play like an anchor 2 way star vs the game’s best player? That will tell me about his willingness to step up for this team and franchise.
