My ? is what the eff has happened to Reggie Jackson? In the several games he played before the shutdown, he was stellar and I was singing his praises. He can’t have just suddenly declined. As I recall, the Detroit fans didn’t much like him so Is there a good Reggie and a bad Reggie? I wonder.

Teams come out with everything they got. Game 1’s and elimination games teams us usually give all they got.

I almost feel like Reggie’s defense was so bad it was like something they schemed? He was helping so far off his man, I couldn’t help but think they were having him hedge toward Luka or KP. I’d have to watch it again, as I was working during the game, but I really didn’t understand how Seth Curry was left with like no one within 10 feet of him so many times.

I think Lou and Bev are generally both in as closers, but that typically means like Morris would be out. I think in this game we saw Morris at center. I don’t know if that was because KP was out, or because Morris was having a great game. Maybe I’ll change my tune in a off game by Morris, but given the advanced stats and Lou’s defense… I still think the starting lineup probably should close the games as well (including Zu…. but I could probably be convinced of having Trez in there, once he’s back in game shape)

Bad, but not as bad as last night, and that was many times in a starting role. I think he’ll have a little more tolerable in a more limited role, especially once PatBev is off his minutes restriction. Between PatBev/Lou/PG playing the guard spots, there is probably only like 15-20 minutes you have to fill with Reggie and/or Shamet.

That’s funny, neither did he. Seriously though, Reggie was ATROCIOUS this game, with his only saving grace being that he didn’t take that many shots.

Agree here. He played alright yesterday (not up to typical Lou standards, but he was by far our best “PG”), but I’d totally be down for playing Bev out there in the closing minutes once he gets back into game shape.

I’m not sure regarding Mavs winning with KP. He wasn’t playing *that well*, and it’s quite possible Clippers would have been playing a bit harder if he had still been out there.
